Meet Your Inspector – John Allen

I am an Arizona native who has resided in the Phoenix metro area my entire life.  I grew up working various different construction jobs until I landed in real estate in 2004 as an appraiser.  I conducted real estate appraisals from 2004-2010. I then worked a desk job for a few years after that but realized sitting at a desk was not for me.  So I found myself back looking at houses…just diving in much deeper!! I love what I do and always look at each property as if I were looking at my own!  Certified and in good standing with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration since 2015. I have personally conducted over 2000 home inspections in the Phoenix and outlying areas.  I love the outdoors and don’t mind the heat!
