What we look for

While a professional home inspection checklist can vary, Right Choice Inspections is focused on a home’s physical components and systems — both inside and out. Knowing what your inspection does (and doesn’t) cover can help guide your next steps.

We conduct termite inspections along with home inspections. These inspections require a separate license through the Office of Pest management. We adhere strictly to their requirements and are licensed under Strike Force License #5440 to conduct these inspections. If the property is clear of termites at the time of inspection you would be honored a one year warranty for termites.
